Essential Functions & Responsibilities


Inspect product from the molding machine
Notify lead hand of any defective product
Follow work instruction.
Pack product into containers and place on skid as per work instructions
Complete scrap and inspection documents as required
Communicate and work with other IMO personnel.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications—Skills and Competencies:

1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Manual dexterity required for handling and packaging.
3. Ability to read and speak English.
4. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds required.
Education and Training
1. High school diploma preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS
1. Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment.
2. Work involves lifting of materials and product up to 30 pounds.
3. Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors and safety shoes. Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted.
