Hi there! If you've taken any of our 8-week courses, come on out and practice with us!

• Refresh our mindfulness practice through practicing together (20-minute sitting practice, 3MBS).
• Share any experiences regarding the challenges associated with continuing a mindfulness practice and overcome blocks to continuing practice!
• Education/discussion on an aspect of mindfulness practice.
• Q&A about how to integrate mindfulness into daily life or any other questions.
